Kurt B. Fryar is a proud Wilmingtonian. After spending his early childhood traveling with his military family, Kurt returned to Wilmington, attended New Hanover County Schools, graduated from UNCW, and later earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
